The reception was held in the hotels stunning Sunset Room, which had a North American coastal Hamptons aesthetic. The room was warm and inviting with its crisp white walls, grey timber flooring, nautical finishings, marble bar and custom made furniture. Making it a very unique and relaxed space for small or large wedding receptions. Penelope and Tim had an imitate wedding with seventy-five of their closest family and friends. Their reception kicked off at five in the afternoon and finished at ten in the evening.
Party Rock People, Australia’s number one wedding and corporate DJ band performed all the newly weds favourite party hits and kept the dance floor grooving from start to finish. From the moment the bridal party entered the Sunset Room to Bruno Mars’ hit ‘Treasure,’ everyone in the room knew they were in for a good time. Other requests from the bride and groom included Jack Johnson’s ‘Better Together’ and ‘We Go Together’ from the Grease soundtrack. The Bridal Waltz was particularly special with ‘Earth Angel’ from Back To The Future.
